• There is no expiry day on gift cards.
• Gift cards cannot be used towards the purchase of retail items or any special offers.
• Gift card must be present in order to be redeemed.
• Please note that once gift cards are purchased, they are non-refundable for any reason
• If Spa Packages are divided into single services, the charge for each individual treatment will be applied to the gift card. Spa packages are bundled so they are slightly less expensive than individual services. All spa packages are completed in a three or four hour time period, as outlined in our brochure and website.
